The silver has known from the ancient time. Silver has been discovered from Greece and Rome, however, nobody knows that who and how it has been discovered in 1492. The word silver has came from the "Anglo-Saxon". A similar form has also came out from the Teutonic languages, such as silabar and silbir. After this time period (1492 A.D.~), the other countries in South America which are Mexico, Peru, and Bolivia started to mine the silver, and it rapidly rise. Lots of products has been produced. Later time on (19th century & 20th century), the silver production has been improved.
